All participants 18 years and older are required to sign a release form.
Minor participants must have a release form signed by a guardian.
Participants must write clearly and fill out all parts of the form.
We will keep release forms on file for approximately 6 months.
Participants may be required to fill out updated release forms upon request.
By signing our release form - you agree to follow the Rules and Regulations.
Additional Rules & Regulations may apply during Tournaments.
Minor participants are encouraged to print out the release form and have the parent/guardian sign prior to
arrival at the facility. Minors who do not have the release form signed by their parent/guardian
will not be allowed to participate.

AT OUR INSURANCE COMPANY'S REQUEST - NEW RELEASE AND EMERGENCY CONTACT FORMS
MUST BE COMPLETED EVERY 6 MONTHS OR AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY FIELD STAFF.

Safety will be enforced at AEL Paintball Field.
If you are new to paintball, or if you have general safety concerns,
please feel free to contact us!
Participants are encouraged to wear outdoor appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear!

WEATHER POLICY
AEL Paintball plays rain or shine. Games may need to be paused during messy weather, but events will not be cancelled. If AEL Paintball field needs to close due to extreme weather, notice will be given as soon as possible.
